Yes — that's exactly how we work. Send us a description of your project and we will send a clear written quote with no obligation. You only commit when you confirm the scope and make payment.
Is my project information kept private?
Yes. All client information is confidential by default. We do not discuss, reference or share your project details with anyone outside the FixMyTask team. An NDA is available on request — just ask when you first message us.

Revisions within the agreed scope are included at no extra cost, within 14 days of delivery. If there is a genuine shortfall that cannot be resolved through revision, our Refund Policy sets out clearly when and how refunds apply. We stand behind our work.
